Precinct XYZ 05:27
Nobody likes me Everyone hates me I have no friends in the world and can go no further I’ve fallen deeply for Precinct X-Y-Z Made a deal with a stranger, who looked like an athlete And away in a manger, O child O peace The sands overflowing on my miscarriage grave The hourglass shattering time for all its mistakes Has a home, feel safe Till I go wandering through Precinct X-Y-Z There’s no intimacy With some trumpeting angel The ceaseless howling Of shepherds diseased Where the sun shines so much that you wish it were dark And the shade is damp all alone in the park A Holiday spent in a grave digger’s brothel Built from the ditch with its ration of headstone It’s unlucky, they say, to meet a priest before dusk Unless you’re a carpenter building wooden crosses The match you met kissing roulette The false dawn and The total eclipse The Hardy twins in their emo disguise Hardly surprised aint no brother of mine The aging Pied Piper wearing cat pajamas With gout from the neck to the fingertips And the protest on the inside Once belonged on the outside Sculpting its sides Becomes a circle “The music’s gone Well, I’ll sing you a song” Insists the bald raven Clicking its wings From its early beginning Already extinct Looking for alternates this is no ones land Statues overturned Somebody got mad Somebody unloved Wants to re-build the wall The Wall, the Wall, the WALL Don’t go looking for lonely a pooling nominee Mirandizing A-B-Cs At Precinct X-y-Z

Night Wing 04:42
Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh (2x) Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh (2x) I’d do most anything for my little sweet night wing If it wasn’t for the game love plays, and takes away the sweet night loving She could be my sweet nite wing Ever since I found out from within That she kept my heart from wandering Where did she go, it’s so dark in here? Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh (2x) Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh (2x) Don’t wanna look for another lover I’m hard wired to all her mysteries I overhear then want to disappear Show me recover and new beginnings She could be my sweet nite wing But I let go and she broke free Then he showed with his heart on his sleeve And I can’t see cause it’s so dark in here Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh (2x) Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh (2x) Oh oh oh oh oh I refuse to remain paralyzed And inscribed these words on a park fence Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh “Leather jackets find us dangerous love me till the stars quit Cause the rock n roll never died There’s still smoke in your eyes” Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh (2x) Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh (2x) I’d do most anything for my little sweet nite wing If it wasn’t for the game love plays that compromise the sweet night loving The same ol song keeps repeating The singer keeps hopelessly debating “She could be She could be She could be” Still crave the night, but hunger for the light Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh (2x) Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh (2x) Oh oh oh oh oh I refuse to remain paralyzed And inscribed these words on a park fence Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh “Leather jackets find us dangerous love me till the stars quit Cause the rock and roll never died There’s still smoke in your eyes”

Starry 03:06
She wore the badge that I gave her to the party It took me weeks to make it, Oh I am so happy She pranced engaged with excitement, my eyes turned watery And by the might reciting a verse in Starry It was pulse and lighted, trident-sided Sparking graphic equalizers It fastened Mars first, for a half-sec No Venus sky could ever mimic On the spot sat the wheel Heavy’d on green decaying randomly Spotlight detected it was there Deflecting mighty crystal starry glare On the spot sat the wheel Heavy’d with green decayed so morphine Night Camouflage detected it was there Deflecting mighty crystal starry glare One spin on its last gear And one glare that could change my mind again She wore the badge that I gave her to the party

Interludes 03:09
Now the day has moments it competes with the peace found in evening’s end Interludes that come and go as breezes, to heal with gentle vent So many tic-toc ticking conflicts I need to be distracted Where the daydream collects its dew And dizzy is the afternoon There’s a kind of hush I want to achieve before every sunset Keeps the empires of my trials at sea, away from continent To heal, to heal with gentle vent To heal, to heal with gentle vent I know some people who prefer the night, they long for its stillness Yet some nights the wind blows cold and dim, in the day we might see them The fishing village stressed The catch is in the net As a pie’s inspected for a plum Their interlude has just begun Doo Doo Doo Doo Doo….

Already a Ghost It’s not like everyone who lived here a year ago Has gone and moved on They’re just fixing things and the things they fix are not windowless, empty barns You’re growing progressively unaware. Nah Nah Nah Nah-nuka Nah Nah Nah Nah-nuka Nah Commander and Warrior I don’t remember you so unprepared It’s scary, when someone calls your name how you just stare. Your wispiness demands and phantoms standing by ever so misty What’s there left to hide when you invisibly run into me and turn to grey And friends, the used-to handle objects but nothing more Nah Nah Nah Nah-nuka Nah Nah Nah Nah-nuka Nah Punctuations mispronounced speaking backwards Latin Jet-set, In-transit, walking through the walls Nah Nah Nah Nah-nuka Nah Nah Nah Nah-nuka Nah You blank, wandering accustomed scenes bottomed and drab The mid-Summer is shaping, waiting for your return “I fly try” you whisper in a funeral tone I ask “What does that mean?” as you epitaph a monumental stone

Did you ever dance the dance In which you had to take a chance Cause the long and lonely nights no longer granted you the gifts Of singular deliverance Exhausted from resistance, loves insistence to posses And the ballroom is so big There’s people dancing everywhere The orchestra is locked in awe Wild cards turn into draws Man, there oughta be a law Here comes the hardest part, and it’s so easy to laugh at yourself Versuchskaninchen Future and ancient I first heard the German word from a Senorita That code it follows is in tiny fragments Releasing all your countdowns where there are no endings Spin yourself around, in city and country But don’t look away for too long at what’s right in front of you Every morning I promise I will change and change (Cada mañana, te prometo que va a cambiar) I hear Los Mariachis tuning up to play
9.
The cops they must be busy now Closing the books on another tale Dedicated, graveled and rowed And when I call them on the phone, they say Crime make no appointment Leave that to the full moon, silver and thin Trying to grow into my shirts A complicated catch, mean and innocent Protect my peers from the infra-red You want me well-behaved, yet disheartened? I still hear the clicks of the silencers After your dirty gun fell in the mud They’ve been trained; They don’t want you to be afraid Gangstarring , White collars, Goth dressings Post-street modern dollars and cents Your shoes aren’t made to run where it never stops Give it up for the cops, Give it up for the cops When you’re straight ahead and I look left That creates two versions of the same event Free-agent walks bully poet Guilty bystand on friendly fire Countenance suspicious How to tell from the looks how the mind works They’ve been trained; they don’t want you to be afraid No sequence, turf is fixed, marks and dents You can go on leaving them alone oh you can still go on you’re so lucky to be on your own Give it up for the Cops; Give it up for the Cops They’ve been trained, I can no longer be afraid Misperceived variance, Love-to-hate As long as I don’t hurt someone I won’t give up the right to be wrong And give it up for the cops; give it up for the cops
10.
Every day I keep myself in check I don’t have to pretend I can hang with the rest They’re taking away so many things They’re taking away so many things What’s dear to your precious heart could be next Mister, don’t ask for my id It’s bound to change based on your followings And Please keep Graceland well-preserved in Memphis, Tennessee Field artillery used to pay my rent The Red Cross came and struck down my inclement tent Those provoking motions, nevermind Those provoking motions, nevermind We’re still living here though we may not see eye to eye Mister, don’t ask for my id It’s bound to change based on your followings And Please keep Graceland well-preserved in Memphis, Tennessee
